  When I first arrived at My New Motor, I was impressed with the range of quality cars on sale... although I was there for one that caught my eye in particular. I had a full RAC inspection on the car before I bought it, which only came back with some very minor cosmetic issues, George had these fixed almost immediately. I've never spent that much money on a prestige car before, so it was really important to me that I had assurance that the warranty would be honoured as I also live over 4 hours drive away. I was given an absolute cast iron guarantee that this would be honoured... and they delivered on that promise. I drove the car home and after a couple of days heard a noise from the back end of the car (Even Mr RAC didn't pick up on that one!). I called George who authorised me to book it into a local garage. The car was fixed, My New Motor paid the invoice without hesitation and I am over the moon with their customer service. The car is fantastic and couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. Even though they are a 4 hour drive from me, I will undoubtedly recommend them to my family and friends... The drive is worth the great customer service and peace of mind. Thank you Alan, Lynne and George, I will definitely be coming to see you again for my next car.

  From start to finish the service from My New Motor was brilliant, they’ll go the extra mile and are happy to help with nothing being too much too ask! Our wingmirrors went faulty a couple of weeks ago they offered us a courtesy car and delivered it back to us the following day! We’d recommend to anybody, Anne and Malcom (Land Rover Discovery)
